Grant the Golden Retriever

A Golden Retriever poses for the camera lying down with his paws crossed.

Despite his composed and oh-so-regal stature, Grant is very happy-go-lucky. He has great social skills so he gets along with kids, adults and pets. Because of Grant’s killer social skills, he would not make a good outside dog. He is a cuddle bug and he is not afraid to admit it!

Daily exercise is important for Goldens. Because of his retrieving skills, once he gets the hang of it, he will follow you around with those sweet eyes hoping to keep the game of fetch going. Luckily, retrievers tend to excel in obedience so don’t forget to challenge the mind!
