Blossom the Bulldog

Bulldogs are famous for their scrunched up ornery looking faces. In reality, there is nothing ornery about a bulldog’s behavior. They are extremely mellow, make lots of entertaining sounds, and their need for exercise involves a short sprint.

As you might imagine the “smashedness” of their faces can make breathing difficult so their tolerance for heat and physical exertion is low.

They are affectionate but can be shy with other dogs. Bulldogs are very gentle and good with children.

Energy level: low
Exercise level: low
Grooming: clean wrinkles a few times a week (now that’s love!)
